I am an integrative counselor who utilizes various modalities and interventions including Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. In my work with children, I often include creative arts and play therapy techniques. I work hard to ensure a comfortable, cozy environment for all my clients. I work extensively with children and adolescents with special needs, including Autism and ADHD. Ideally, the children and adolescents I serve will learn coping skills in therapy with me that will last a lifetime!

I have had the pleasure of working in a variety of therapeutic settings over the past eleven years, including schools, mental health hospitals and private practice. My desire is to inspire kids to be their best selves, to grow and develop more mental strength. I love working alongside clients in their journey for balance and wholeness.
